Even though they were not in my insurance coverage, they did everything possible to help by offering different options to cover my visit. They were polite, friendly and quick to put me at ease about my situation. The office is super clean and spacious, the staff really nice and ready to help you at any moment. They are busy, but my waiting time wasn't too long and that was really good. It was emergency and last minute, but the dentist was very kind to see me and even though it was quick, she explained everything well and helped me decide the next steps to take. The entire staff are extremely professional. I have always had a great deal of anxiety when scheduling dental appointments. Dr Eder was very calming and caring during each of my visits. I highly recommend her and this dental office.

I’m a new patient and they fit me in the very week I called about an issue with my tooth. The Dentist and staff took good care of me, I was comfortable and didn’t feel any pain through my procedure! 100% recommend this office!

I have been a patient here for 3 years and have always had very good experiences. I highly recommend Dr. Lauren Steddum; she is knowledgeable, capable, friendly, and patient. She is also a perfectionist which in my opinion is a great quality for a dentist to have!

My hygienist was friendly and attentive. I appreciate how diligent she was in cleaning my teeth. She clearly takes pride in her job and it showed. There are clearly high standards for working there!

The customer service and hygienist were exceptional. Esther did a good job in taking care of my teeth. Great facility!

My dental hygienist was so friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth! I felt relaxed the entire time, to the point where I could have fallen asleep. I love coming to CarolinasDentist at The Pointe and will definitely be back for my next cleaning!
