CarolinasDentist is in-network with most dental insurance plans, including: Delta Dental, Cigna, BlueCross BlueShield, and MetLife.
Don’t see your provider listed? Call us and we’ll gladly look into whether we accept your plan.
We kindly ask that you bring your up-to-date insurance card with you to your first visit so that we can have that on file. We want to make sure you’re getting the most out of your benefits, so let us know if you have any changes in your coverage.

Don’t see your insurance option above? Covering dental care costs is nobody’s idea of fun, but we can make it a lot easier for you, in case insurance is not currently an option for you. CarolinasDentist accepts a variety of payment options and even offers additional financial solutions to help make our services more affordable for you and your family.
We accept cash, check, and major debit and credit cards. While we’re an insurance-friendly practice, we also have our CarolinasDentist membership plan, an in-house dental discount plan for those without the benefits of coverage. Prefer a payment plan? Not a problem. We offer many different financing options for your convenience.
Excellent dentist Dr Grismer , hygienist (Anna) and staff. You could not ask for better.They are excellent to work with for dental care.Kind and respectful personalities. They walk you thru your dental plan. And work with you on your appointments and care. Carolina is way better than dogwood and aspen dental. Carolina cares about their patients. Let me just say this. As a man who has a fear of the dentist my experience was exceptional. I walked in super nervous and that feeling slowing faded away. These young ladies in there didnt make me feel pressured or as if I was just a person that will pay all this money. I felt comfortable and at ease. And that means alot coming from a person has a fear of the dentist and at first I was ashamed of even speaking of it out loud. But dont get me wrong I still have a fear but it has taken a backseat for at least now. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone
I have been to Carolina’s Dentist Porters Neck three times now and feel comfortable in saying it has been the single most pleasant dental experience I’ve ever had each time. Everyone from the reception staff to the dentist themselves acts like they know I could go somewhere else. The facility is designed with a patient’s comfort in mind and the dentists explain what they’re going to do, what they are doing, and what they have done, as you go while also ensuring your comfort. I was referred here by the VA, but would continue to utilize it with private insurance if necessary.
