Hely Rodriguez is a registered dental hygienist at CarolinasDentist Garner. Originally from Newton Grove, North Carolina, Hely attended Wayne Community College and began her career as a dental hygienist in 2026.
Hely has always enjoyed going to the dentist, even as a child, and loves that her career allows her to help others feel confident and great about their smiles. Her best advice for maintaining a healthy smile is to brush twice a day and floss regularly. For patients working on their flossing routine, she recommends starting small and gradually building the habit over time.
Outside of the office, Hely loves all things Disney, and her favorite color is pink. A fun fact about her is that the “H” in her name is silent! She is excited to serve the Garner community and help her patients achieve happy, healthy smiles.
