Daily flossing is also an incredibly beneficial dental habit that many patients do not do often enough, but it can make a world of a difference when it comes to cleaning out plaque in between teeth and improving your gum health. If you tend to forget to brush or floss regularly, sticking a note on your mirror or setting an alarm on your phone may be helpful until the habit becomes more ingrained.
