Victoria and Dr. Dickinson were a blessing in getting my Invisaligns mounted today and showing me how to put them in and take them out. Always professional, always courteous and masters in dealing with my dreaded gag reflex.

I have had a pretty bad dental phobia my whole life that I’ve been working through so I need an office and provider that’s understanding and gentle. Today was my first appointment with this office and I have nothing but good things to say! They got me in quickly and were very comprehensive with their exam when I was having tooth pain. They made sure I knew all of my options for comfort for whatever needed to be done. I saw assistant Jessica and hygienist Shawn and Dr Claudia and everyone was fantastic and put me at such ease! The dentist is never an exciting or fun experience but having the right care team makes all the difference and this team makes me feel confident for any future needs! 🙂

He made me feel at ease from the very beginning. He listened to my history, understood my anxiety around dental work and helped develop a plan for me to be comfortable moving forward. Since then, I’ve had two significant procedures within 10 days and he and his staff made me feel completely at ease with the help of a premedication to relax me.
