The cleaning process was very well organized and involved multiple professionals. They started with polishing, followed by an extremely thorough scaling, and then a dentist came in to examine my teeth and answer questions. The care and attention to detail were excellent.The entire visit was smooth and efficient. I had almost no wait time, even though I arrived early. My next six-month appointment was scheduled immediately, and I later received a text confirmation and satisfaction survey, which shows they genuinely care about the patient experience.Billing was clear and handled upfront, so there was no checkout hassle when I left. My first invisalign appointment was much quicker than I expected. I experienced no pain and little discomfort as my teeth were prepared. I am excited to see my progress in the months ahead.

He was patient, took the time to address my concerns, and conducted a thorough examination. He provided me with several options for addressing my dental issue.I realize I may have taken up more time than usual, but I never felt rushed. He patiently answered all my questions and listened carefully to my worries. After being with my previous dentist for the last decade, I’ve found a new place to call my dental home. Staff and Doctors are very friendly and professional. They've done excellent work for me, cleaning, crown, and tooth extraction with bone graph. I'm looking forward to having them do my implant very soon.

I moved to the Garner area but I will always make the drive to Fuquay. Everyone is so nice and they get you in and out. I love this location. The staff is awesome!

The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and helpful, anwered all my questions, and provided a service plan for going forward. The office is very nice with modern equipment. I was very much impressed with the quality of service, the professionalism, and the overall experience. Everyone was great, from the receptionist to the Doctor. I had to have 2 extractions and it was totally painless. Five gold stars to the entire facility.

Professional staff and very polite. My dental experience exceeded my expectations. Was made very comfortable in a very nice clean office. My dental hygienist was the best. The dentist also was very enlightening and explained everything I needed to know about a future visit. No complaints!!

Absolute best dentist ever! The staff is incredible and so welcoming. They’ve handled everything from regular cleanings to a chipped tooth and I’m always well taken care of. I’ve used them with insurance and with their private pay plan which is super reasonable. Highly, highly recommend!

As much as I might sound like a paid review, from how easy it was to schedule online and how quick it was to get checked in, the receptionist, and dentist and her assistant were all very accommodating and made the entire visit concise and straightforward for what I needed help with. Pricing and payment methods were made very clear for everything and the receptionist lady was very thorough with explaining all the billing details along with different methods for someone to pay if they would like to do a payment plan , so there there were no surprise fees or unexpected bills.
