Needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and Dr Kim made it happen! The staff was very nice and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr Kim explained every step of the process during the procedure as well which helped with my anxiety. Highly recommend this office for any needs. I appreciate everyone at CarolinasDentist that took care of me.

Unfortunately I can't remember the name of my dental assistant, but she was so professional and efficient. She was so friendly and patient with all my questions. It was such a pleasure working with her. Dr. Addams was also very accommodating for my dental needs. The staff that helped me when I came in was very polite and professional as always. I never wait long and I'm always treated professionally and well. I love this office. High quality service. I'd recommend it to anyone!

Started my Friday right with a 7:00 AM dental cleaning, and it was honestly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The early appointment was perfect—no waiting, quick check-in, and I was in the chair within minutes. The office was clean, calm, and organized, which made it easy to relax even that early in the morning. The hygienist was professional, gentle, and explained everything she was doing, which made the whole process smooth and comfortable. She took her time without making it feel rushed, and I appreciated how thorough she was, especially with the cleaning and polishing. No discomfort, just a fresh, clean feeling by the end.In and out with a brighter smile before most people even start work—can’t ask for much better than that.
