The only issue I have was the $50 fee for a missed appointment back in 2024. When I requested to waive the fee, I was told that we only wave one fee and that last fee was waived back in 2018. I have been coming to this dentist for over 11 years starting from when you guys had your location in Fayetteville. My kids, my husband also goes to this location and we invested in Invisalign. I understand policies are in place for a reason however life happens. Only two missed appointments over 11 years is not bad. Stephanie did however waived the fee but when I arrived it was requested again. So at the end of my visit instead of making an appointment in six months, I decided to call when the time comes. I signed the paperwork saying that any missed appointments could have up to $150 charge which is ridiculous. Besides that service was great as usual Read Less

The entire team of staff were so very kind and welcoming! Dr. Bodah was very patient and made me feel so much better about my dental issues. The dental assistant, hygienist, and all the rest of the staff I encountered were absolutely wonderful as well!!

I don’t often say that I enjoyed my visit to the dentist, but I can easily say that today. The staff here is warm and welcoming. They reset a crown and had me on my way in no time. Very impressed.

Staff was super nice & welcoming. Ashley did a great job. After many years of being told there was nothing that could be done about an annoying implant, Dr Bodah offered a solution that seemed reasonable & affordable. I plan to return soon & have the procedure done.

The team I was assigned to for my dental procedure was the best. I couldn't have wished for anything different. They were professional, informative, caring and efficient. I was in and out of there in 50 min. I absolutely will be returning to Carolinas Dentist for my future dental needs.
