Everyone was so kind, warm, friendly, and helpful. The staff is amazing. They didn’t make me feel bad about falling off the wagon with my trays. I was nervous at first but they put me completely at ease. Wonderful experience!

Kendall is amazing. She takes pride in her work. And Dr K is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. That’s not something I say everyday! 🙂

Dr. Fronheiser should work at this office. she is a people person with a great smile. She makes you feel comfortable. Taylor is super sweet, helpful, helped with my paperwork. He definitely is wonderful and best person there. He is at the right place up front

I had yet another great experience today while having my teeth cleaned. The staff is so courteous and respectful of the customer. They are attentive and have such good attitudes. Keep up the excellent work.

Love this place! Staff is always friendly We left for a couple of years and the dentist remembered us! It was like sitting in the chair with an old friend! Whenever we are here this will be our dentist!

Even though they were not in my insurance coverage, they did everything possible to help by offering different options to cover my visit. They were polite, friendly and quick to put me at ease about my situation. The office is super clean and spacious, the staff really nice and ready to help you at any moment. They are busy, but my waiting time wasn't too long and that was really good. It was emergency and last minute, but the dentist was very kind to see me and even though it was quick, she explained everything well and helped me decide the next steps to take. Outstanding dental practice. State of the art imaging equipment that located a previously unknown serious problem. Both doctor and techs were incredibly nice, efficient and go above and beyond for excellent customer service. Very kind. Highly recommend.

I was in a rush because I start nursing school in August and wanted to go ahead and get it taken care of. I was able to get in for a consultation the same week & scheduled the surgery for the week after! I was very nervous about the whole process as I had never gone in for a surgery of any kind. I was instantly greeted with kindness when I walked through the door and it definitely put me at ease! The entire staff is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot)! Susan was great and went into every detail, she reassured me & made me feel comfortable with the procedure. Dr. Chris is amazing and made the whole procedure feel like nothing! I was in and out in under 45 minutes and felt no pain at all during the procedure! The recovery wasn't too bad and the office was there to answer any questions that popped up! It was my first time at CarolinasDentist. Dr Lee resolved my problem quickly and was very kind and patient. I am going back to see her more regularly from now on and scheduled my first comprehensive exam with her two months from now.

Great place. From the front to the back. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They treat you like a real person and not just another person to see and get out. Definitely the only dentist office that I can look forward to seeing again.

I have a lot of anxiety with dental offices and everyone from front desk to assistant to dentist helped calm my anxiety. Everyone was very kind and made you feel so at ease! The best experience I have ever had at a dental office and now I don’t dread going back!

Dr. Elliot took great care of me today! I got one of my molars extracted and she made sure it was a painless experience. I will definitely be coming back to see her and her staff! They’re amazing.

My first visit with CarolinasDentist was pleasant. My hygienist, my assistant and my doctor were all very knowledgeable and caring. But best of all was the front desk person, she was the first impression of the office and she was very easy and pleasant. Keep up the good works.
