It was my first time at CarolinasDentist. Dr Lee resolved my problem quickly and was very kind and patient. I am going back to see her more regularly from now on and scheduled my first comprehensive exam with her two months from now.

The moment I walked in the front door I was greeted with a very friend staff. My hygienist was amazing. She explained my treatments and never once did I feel anxious. My dentist was also amazing. She and her team made getting my tooth fixed a breeze. I loved how the whole team works together in helping me with my treatments. My anxiety is diminished! They have taken such good care of everything, from calling my insurance to verify coverage to ensuring proper dental aftercare.Most dentists feel like they’re rushing you and just taking care of your immediate needs. Dr Mullen went over all of my care needs and has gone so far beyond any of my previous dentist with ensuring I have a proper bite, regular cleaning, and setting up a treatment plan. Literally the only dentist that has such a calming office that I almost fall asleep during treatments - it’s why my mom switched to them also. I wish I would have switched to Carolina Dentist sooner! I have experienced an unpleasant tooth removal in the past but he reassured me that there would not be any pain and he kept his word. He did mention the part about no pain before he numbed the roof of my mouth which did come with a stick, but I remembered him saying that he was going to numb that area before we started the procedure so I expected that and he has a pleasant sense of humor. Once he realized what he said and that he was about to cause a needle stick pain he joked about it which made me relax more. Absolutely the most positive experience I have ever had at the dentist. Everyone was friendly and professional and concerned with my comfort. I highly recommend. This is probably the first time in my life, that I am not anxious about returning for restorative dental work.

Dr. Chris & his staff were fantastic! They were kind, compassionate & knowledgeable. They put my son at ease with their amazing bedside manner before his extraction. We will be back in a few more years when the wisdom teeth need removal.

I have never been here personally but I did call to make an appointment and she was so helpful. I have never met a dental person who wanted to help so much. She was simply amazing! I was going to the Carolina’s dentist spring lake and transferred to this office due to my provider leaving for another office and she was very accommodating. She told me that they were not taking my dental insurance at this time because it’s a military dental insurance and they are seeing a lot of military patients so it was on hold. I mentioned to her my severe dental anxiety issues and how my provider was leaving and I truly wanted to establish care. She did not hesitate to reach out to the manager of the office who approved me to transfer there despite they were not taking anymore patients at this time with my insurance. How amazing!
