They take the time to get to know you, make sure you're comfortable, and explain the process. The scan of your mouth is really cool and lets you see what is really going on inside of your mouth. I was able to see my problem areas and my cavities. The hygienist was friendly and made me feel more confident about my treatment plan. I have a course of action now and will try my best to follow it.
Had been with another dentist is the area for 15 years. The customer service there had definately gone downhill. I am very pleased that Carolinas dentist are professionals at what they do, far exceeding my expectations. Everyone, including the front desk staff, young lady who did the xrays, dental hygienst, man assisting the dentist, and the dentist herself, were warm and friendly and consummate professionals. If they did not know the answer to my question, they found out the answer. I have no regrets changing dentists.
I had a great experience from the second I walked into the door. The front staff were super nice, Kayla, my hygienist and the doctor were beyond great and super informative. Justice up front was also very informative regarding what my insurance would cover on different services I may be interested in scheduling myself for. Overall a FANTASTIC visit and I will be recommending my friends and family to switch here for their dental needs. Thanks guys!
