Great experience! Kimberly was my hygienist and she made me feel so comfortable during the entire experience. Trying new providers can be trial and error but glad I had a wonderful first experience with this team.

The moment I walked in the front door I was greeted with a very friend staff. My hygienist was amazing. She explained my treatments and never once did I feel anxious. My dentist was also amazing. She and her team made getting my tooth fixed a breeze. I loved how the whole team works together in helping me with my treatments. My anxiety is diminished! I began going to CarolinasDentist a few years ago and liked it so much that I switched my kids to it and also convinced my husband as well. The front staff/receptionists have been kind and respectful. I've mostly seen Dr. McDaniel but on occasion a different Doctor. It has always been a pleasant experience. The hygienists are wonderful. When he didn't want the toothpaste during his cleaning they pivoted and cleaned his teeth without it and still made him feel like he was so brave and did a great job! Every part of my experience today was fantastic. My first prophy cleaning here was very comprehensive and exceeded my expectations by far. All 5 ladies I interacted with were very nice and the doctor explained things very well. They actually cared, or seemed to, throughout the visit.

Did it this way because there was nothing wrong with the crown and it did not need to be removed.My third vist was a post op check for some sensitivity.The gum was healed well. He gave easy suggestion that helped reduce the sensitivity.I feel like he and staff at this practice, have your best interest at heart for good treatment and preventative care.My husband is a new patent and feels the same.way. I've been going here for 3+ years. The staff is so lovely. You feel cared for and seen with every step and every moment. My husband had a dental emergency and they fit him in next day, on a Friday no less. They are fantastic.

Staff is always nice and professional. Staci is a proven professional and outstanding in her skills and knowledge. Dr. Langley is always pleasant and professional. Just an amazing dental office with outstanding staff and doctors.

Dr. Kay and her team are truly wonderful. They are both professional and personable, and they make dental health feel more accessible. They helped ease my anxieties surrounding the dentist, and there was never any judgement. Scheduling is super easy and reception staff is very nice.

I had to have an emergency extraction. The got me in within two hours. Everyone was so kind and made me feel at ease. Would 100% recommend Dr Claudia and her team.

And she also mentioned invisilign for my bottom teeth, which k was confused about. She then explained; and was surprised no one else ever spoke to me about this information. The patience shown, by my hygienist, thoroughly answering my questions is amazing. I wish all my medical care providers were as helpful and competent. My teeth cleanings are superior.I’m in my 70’s and over the years have been seen by many hygienists and Molli has proven to be the best.

I came in on Friday February 21, 2025 for an appointment at 6pm that was not scheduled after calling in booking the appointment @8:20 am that same day… yes one of the front desk ladies drop the ball I will not say her name because we all make mistakes, but I was extremely upset and in pain and also considering changing from Carolina Dentist. Ty was empathetic and very helpful although I wasn’t seen that night she reassured me that she would follow up with me on Monday… she did and got me scheduled with Dr. Mullen, who by the way is awesome, for my appointment today. Being in the healthcare field and a part of Leadership this is what I love to see staff taking care of patients with empathy and integrity. I’m not sure if you all have a reward system but Ty deserves one, not only did she assist me I saw how she handled other patients as well. I generally don’t mind going to the dentist. I actually enjoy it. This was probably the most pleasant experience I’ve had in the last 20 years. Friendly staff. Quick and honestly relaxing. No pain whatsoever. I was a new patient and got a X-ray and cleaning.

I always have an amazing experience at Carolina’s Dentist at the pointe! Kayla is an absolutely wonderful hygienist that sparks fun conversations and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. All of the team here are phenomenal! Couldn’t recommend them enough! 🙂
