After having a bad experience at another dental clinic I decided to give Carolina Dentist a try, from my first appointment Dr.Lavallis and her assistant answered all my concerns guided me to next step explain the difference of what we could work with! I feel confident that this time around everything will work out for me!! I legit love this place and oh you get free coffee lol that’s an added bonus ! Office is clean smells good and everyone is so nice!
Can't give enough praise to Osiris! She was our hygienist for my 5 year old boy and could sense he was anxious, so she explained every single instrument to him, let him see and touch them and this kind gesture, put him at such ease! She even brought out a dinosaur for him to hold and play with while he was getting his cleaning! Thank you Carolinas Dentist and Osiris! We'll definitely be back!
