I got charged weeks earlier than they said they would charge me (I am on their insurance plan), and so I lost 1 of the 2 yearly appointments I was supposed to get in my plan. Their response to corona is "stay out until we let you in, and get out the moment you're appoint is done". I got stuck outside in the winter once waiting to be called in and was shaking badly by the time I actually got to go inside. He was very unpleasant in communication, snobbish and biased to me, as I am an immigrant, have Ukrainian last name and speak with the accent. I felt like the man still lives in 18th century with class division and prejudice. When I told my husband that he wanted to know in details regarding my employment to measure the size of my pocket, we just made fun of that. While I was in pain, he did not help me with that tooth the same day, but referred me to the Endodontist with the other teeth that did not ache. Then, he sent me into to the office with a mean-faced lady, who provided me false information on my insurance coverage (which was was 50% for major procedures), while she told me that major procedures were 100% out of my pocket. I had to drive all the way from Chapel Hill to Apex to get medical assistance from a professional doctor, who took my pretty complicated case at the end of her shift the same day, and helped me with the aching tooth.I was going to cancel my next day morning appointment with Carolinas Dentist, but it was too late to cancel it. I am glad I did not cancel that appointment, as the Doctor I saw the next day, Dr. Vraj Gajjar, turned out to be great, easygoing, friendly and professional. His assistant was also awesome, so I had completely opposite experience to the first one. Only because of my great second day experience, the clinic got 4 stars instead of 1 ⭐. Read Less

Ty was empathetic and very helpful although I wasn’t seen that night she reassured me that she would follow up with me on Monday… she did and got me scheduled with Dr. Mullen, who by the way is awesome, for my appointment today. Being in the healthcare field and a part of Leadership this is what I love to see staff taking care of patients with empathy and integrity.
