Fantastic and friendly experience. I have been a patient since they opened and I have always had great service but especially this time. I had chipped my front tooth before the weekend and they fit me in the very next day even working into their lunch hour.

The staff here is super friendly, very efficient, and incredibly accommodating. Coming from someone who has a lot of apprehension about dental work, they make going to the dentist feel like less of a daunting task. Dr. Kay and her dental assistant Camryn were amazing.

Had a great visit with Carolinas Dentist today. Dr Z and his team Kay and Victoria were great. They were thorough in their diagnosis and recommendations and really warm and reassuring. Will definitely go back and have already sent my daughter to see them!

When I told my husband that he wanted to know in details regarding my employment to measure the size of my pocket, we just made fun of that. While I was in pain, he did not help me with that tooth the same day, but referred me to the Endodontist with the other teeth that did not ache. Then, he sent me into to the office with a mean-faced lady, who provided me false information on my insurance coverage (which was was 50% for major procedures), while she told me that major procedures were 100% out of my pocket. I had to drive all the way from Chapel Hill to Apex to get medical assistance from a professional doctor, who took my pretty complicated case at the end of her shift the same day, and helped me with the aching tooth.I was going to cancel my next day morning appointment with Carolinas Dentist, but it was too late to cancel it. I am glad I did not cancel that appointment, as the Doctor I saw the next day, Dr. Vraj Gajjar, turned out to be great, easygoing, friendly and professional. The lady dental assistant that worked with me today was amazing. We had great conversation and she was very gentle with me. Dr. Dickenson was very helpful with answering all of my questions.

The staff is kind and quick. The hygienists are fun and friendly. I may only have to go in to see Dr. Nolan Bodah twice a year, but I look forward to it each time! Can’t recommend this team enough!
