Meet Mariya Harn, DMD
Dr. Mariya Harn was born in Ukraine and is fluent in Russian. She spent most of her preschool years in Belarus before immigrating to the United States when she was five years old.
Dr. Harn attended J.H. Rose High School in Greenville, NC, and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina-Asheville. In 2018, she graduated with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the the East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Harn is passionate about the impact good oral health has on a patient’s quality of life. She emphasizes patient education and the importance of at-home oral care habits in promoting a healthy smile!
Joining CarolinasDentist
After graduating, Dr. Harn began her dental career with CarolinasDentist at our Spring Lake location. In 2021, Dr. Harn opened our CarolinasDentist location in Garner, NC. She enjoys working with a team of highly-skilled professionals who strive to provide compassionate, gentle care for each patient.
Outside the Office
Dr. Harn cherishes spending quality time with her husband, Jeremy, and their two children, Lucas and Ava. A foodie at heart, she loves creating amazing dishes and celebrating her heritage with traditional Russian and Ukrainian foods. In her free time, Dr. Harn enjoys exercising, reading, and traveling to new places.
