We are happy to provide services and resources to underserved communities, including providing free dental treatments to patients in need, as we believe everyone deserves access to top-notch dental care.
Had my 6 mo dental appt last week with my hygienist Sarah. I tend to get nervous for doctor appts., but from the moment Sarah called me back, I started to feel more at ease. Her calm and accepting demeanor put me at ease from the beginning and throughout my visit. I appreciated that Sarah provided advance notice, feedback, and explanations along the way for each aspect of my visit. The music in the hallway and having a visual distraction in the room helped to pass the time. I also noticed that she used a light on her forehead, which I liked and meant I didn't need to wear sunglasses to block a bright overhead light. Believe it or not, I actually enjoyed my dentist appointment today, and I appreciate having Sarah as my dental hygeinist!
After moving here I needed a new dental office. You know the expression - third time is a charm. I’m extremely happy I kept searching. Carolina Dentist in Porters Neck is top rate. Pristine is how I would describe their office. The staff is friendly, informative, and caring. Love the same day crown option. If you can love having a crown done. Dr. Lundgren is awesome. She takes time to explain what is going to happen and why it is necessary. In my case she notice some symptoms showing up in my teeth the could indicate a medical condition, she suggested I speak with my general Dr., I did and she was correct. You can not ask for more from you dentist. I have definitely found my dentist!
This was my first visit at this practice. I was welcomed by two lovely ladies up front. I didn’t wait long before my appt time. Each person greeted me with a smile on their face. The equipment. They use is remarkable. All this new technology that they have. I have a really bad gag reflux. Because of the equipment they have, I did NOT gag one time. The ladies that did the dental x-rays, check-up, cleaning and Dr. Claudia were all so warm & welcoming me. I will be returning to get some work done on my teeth. I believe I have found a new dental home for me. Y’all had such patience with me. I was so nervous, but y’all starting talking to me and I started to relax and not feel so anxious. . Thank you ALL very much!!
