It was my first time here, unfortunately, after I fell and broke my front tooth. I had an amazing experience from scheduling the appointment to the appointment itself and the work was impeccable. Everyone was so kind and professional. I am extremely pleased.

I had to have an emergency extraction. The got me in within two hours. Everyone was so kind and made me feel at ease. Would 100% recommend Dr Claudia and her team.

He was very unpleasant in communication, snobbish and biased to me, as I am an immigrant, have Ukrainian last name and speak with the accent. I felt like the man still lives in 18th century with class division and prejudice. When I told my husband that he wanted to know in details regarding my employment to measure the size of my pocket, we just made fun of that. While I was in pain, he did not help me with that tooth the same day, but referred me to the Endodontist with the other teeth that did not ache. Then, he sent me into to the office with a mean-faced lady, who provided me false information on my insurance coverage (which was was 50% for major procedures), while she told me that major procedures were 100% out of my pocket. I had to drive all the way from Chapel Hill to Apex to get medical assistance from a professional doctor, who took my pretty complicated case at the end of her shift the same day, and helped me with the aching tooth.I was going to cancel my next day morning appointment with Carolinas Dentist, but it was too late to cancel it. I am glad I did not cancel that appointment, as the Doctor I saw the next day, Dr. Vraj Gajjar, turned out to be great, easygoing, friendly and professional. His assistant was also awesome, so I had completely opposite experience to the first one. Only because of my great second day experience, the clinic got 4 stars instead of 1 ⭐. Read Less

I had two root canals done at the same time. They made sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain. I am filled with anxiety at the doctors office, but they still made me as comfortable as I needed.

I was expecting a painful visit , but was pleasantly surprised. The worst part was the 2 shots that numbed me.. What am I saying? Great experience! Excellent staff and the Doctor’s bedside manner was “ spot on “. My favorite dentist’s office ~

I came in for a scan for my implant that was placed last year. My fault on letting so much time go by before coming back. In the office all of 15 minutes. Quick to the point , and I was out the door. Dr. Bodah is always great!

Great staff and medical facilities. And, for me it is outstanding because they are located a four-minute drive from where I live. CarolinasDentist uses only the best and latest dental technologies which makes me actually want to go to the dentist.

They were very personable and provided multiple compliments about my oral care and let me know that I’m doing a great job. The staff provided detailed information about the processes during each phase of my visit as well as follow up recommendations. Beautiful office with incredibly friendly staff. Dr. Steddum was phenomenal. State of the art technology and really helped someone who doesn’t like going to the dentist feel at ease.

The cleaning was the most gentle I’ve ever received from the hygienist. Highly recommend. I told my brother about this office immediately and he has already scheduled an appointment for himself!Also, they gave me a very detailed explanation that what I thought was a cavity is actually an old filling and they said my teeth are in great shape despite not having been seen for a little over a year.
