Amazing staff! Very friendly and helpful from the first phone call to every step after. They were able to get in same day and bring me back in the next morning to remove a painful tooth. Absolutely wonderful.

Dr. Kay was super gentle and really fast. She was attentive and addressed all my questions and concerns. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The office was really clean and the temperature was comfortable.

While the policy situation was disappointing at first, their willingness to correct it shows they care about their patients.Headline: Loyal patient penalized for being responsible."I have been coming here for years and have never missed an appointment. Unfortunately, I fell extremely ill over the weekend and called at 8:00 AM on Monday to reschedule my 9:00 AM appointment. Despite the office being closed over the weekend—making it impossible to give more notice—I was charged a $50 fee. When I asked how to avoid this in the future, I was told I should simply 'show up sick.' It’s disappointing to see a healthcare provider prioritize a fee over patient loyalty and public health. That was such a positive experience. From the friendliest reception staff to the highly professional dental work. Dr. Sedberry and her staff were awesome. Oh and did I mention that it was quick and painless, two things everyone wants to hear about their dentist.

I had such a great experience. Everyone I came across was so polite and attentive, from the front staff to the hygienist. The environment is clean and inviting, I even enjoyed the music. So happy I decided to go here, I completely recommend.

All the staff is friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Carrie, is always careful, especially since I have recessive gums and sensitive teeth. I have only had good experiences there.

I just went and got a deep cleaning and X-rays and my hygienist Deeja was AMAZING! I have bad dental anxiety but she talked me through everything and made me feel so at ease. The dentist was very nice and knowledgeable!

I had a root canal and as most, I dreaded the appointment.However, my experience was nothing like I expected. As far as root canals go, my experience was wonderful. I had the best dentist and technicians one could ever hope to have!

Dr Berto is hands down the best dentist!She is so gentle with a wonderful and calm personality. Dr Berto and her assistant Javier helped me through all my dental anxiety!!Having a tv above, blankets, and a massage chair is also a plus!!! Thank you Dr Berto and her wonderful team!

Went in for 6 month exam today and as usual the staff there are just awesome. Deedy is amazing in every way and very personable. That's rare to find these days. This dentistry by far is BEST in NC. Looking forward to going back in February.

I really like this place! I've been going for a few years now. I take good care of my teeth so I only go for check ups and cleaning. But it's clean & they're efficient & professional.

I really enjoyed my visit! The staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. They gave me great tips on dental care and were super helpful throughout the whole process. I’d highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great dentist !

I called and got a same day new patient appt because I broke a molar. After the initial exam the dentist tried to find an appt that would work for me to fix the tooth, nothing was available for the next 2 weeks for a crown. The solution??? He did it right then and there!!!! I could not believe it. I was in and out with a new permanent crown within 2.5 hours!!! One and done! I won’t have to take more time off to take care of this issue.
