I chipped my front tooth and they worked with me to get in same day. The dentist and assistant were amazing and made me feel completely at ease. They did a wonderful job, and it was done in 40 minutes.

Always an amazing customer service experience! The hygienists have exuberant personalities and do wonderfully with children. It’s a non-judgy experience for adults - all around pleasant with little to no waiting.

I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they made me feel at ease. I got fillings for the first time and I was very nervous. Dr.Mullen explained the whole process before and during the procedure. They allowed me to listen to my audio book during the process and even had a blanket ready if I needed it. They also have TVs in every exam room to make your appointment fly by. Everyone at the front desk is very sweet and so are the hygienists and dental assistants. They have the last equipment and technology to make a clear and concise treatment plan for each patient.From the first visit I knew I would be experiencing a different kind of dental care.All of the staff are very professional, friendly , and care about your experience at your visit. Just like the website says.They do cater to your needs as a specific patient. I had all of my upper teeth removed the same day. As we were discussing my treatment plan, Dr. Miller said I would be awake throughout all of the extractions. And he doesn’t prescribe medication for pain after. I thought he had lost his mind! Me, awake? A big fat NO!He assured me I wouldn’t feel anything. I was like, sure, that’s what they all say. I thought am I going to trust what he is telling me? I must be crazy? But I’m glad I did! I’m six weeks post extractions and no problems at all. I took Tylenol and ibuprofen just exactly how he said. I followed the after care he explained to a T.I’m so happy I chose this office, Dr. Miller and his staff for my dental needs. I will never go anywhere else.If you’re searching for a new dentist? I received very good care at carolina dental today. The dental assistant and dentist were efficient, patient, and meticulous in providing care. The dental assistant is sweet and funny! She has a good sense of humor and she makes me laugh!!! I like it!!

The doctor kindly fit me in for a toothache on short notice and did the filling and it was a holiday week! This was greatly appreciated.I’m a big baby when it comes to the dentist but this was a painless experience.Thank you and Happy New Year!

Dr Kalavacharla is always super friendly and compassionate. My mouth is really sensitive to pain and he was very empathetic. He and his assistant are very friendly and reassuring. Really happy with the work they do. Office staff is always friendly too.

Have been coming to Carolinas Dentist since I moved here 3 years ago and have had nothing but great experiences. Everyone is extremely helpful and kind.I’ve had my wisdom teeth removed, night guards fitted and ordered, fillings, and routine cleanings done here.

They were very professional and made me feel comforting everything they did. I loved the atmosphere and staff. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone I come across. Great experience!

Claudia and the dental hygienist were amazing and checked on me many times throughout the procedure and were very warm and welcoming. I look forward to my next visit in January. The front staff were amazing from check-in to checkout as well.
