CarolinasDentist is in-network with most dental insurance plans, including: Delta Dental, Cigna, BlueCross BlueShield, and MetLife.
Don’t see your provider listed? Call us and we’ll gladly look into whether we accept your plan.
We kindly ask that you bring your up-to-date insurance card with you to your first visit so that we can have that on file. We want to make sure you’re getting the most out of your benefits, so let us know if you have any changes in your coverage.
If you have any questions about your insurance coverage or alternative payment options, our team is here to help. We offer a variety of flexible solutions, including affordable in-house membership plans and third-party financing options like CareCredit and Sunbit.

Don’t see your insurance option above? Covering dental care costs is nobody’s idea of fun, but we can make it a lot easier for you, in case insurance is not currently an option for you. CarolinasDentist accepts a variety of payment options and even offers additional financial solutions to help make our services more affordable for you and your family.
We accept cash, check, and major debit and credit cards. While we’re an insurance-friendly practice, we also have our CarolinasDentist membership plan, an in-house dental discount plan for those without the benefits of coverage. Prefer a payment plan? Not a problem. We offer many different financing options for your convenience.
I was treated with courtesy as a patient beyond what is normally expected. Dr. Langley and his staff go above and beyond to take care of you and make you feel comfortable in the dentist’s chair.
I am very satisfied with my visit. I hadn't been to the dentist in seven years and I developed some minor gingivitis and moderate plaque buildup in that time.They cleaned and inspected every area of every tooth, as well as the gums, thoroughly and professionally, taking great care to make sure there was as little discomfort as possible. They will also be following up to ensure everything heals well and that no additional problems develop. All of the staff were kind and courteous, and I thank them for a job well done.
I have had some horrific experiences with dental work being done. It was to the point that I neglected going to the dentist for quite a few years. That all changed when I made the decision to go to Carolinas Dental. I have never been more pleased with the professionalism, the treatment, the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of work that’s been done. Great job!!
