Hi. I’m Carter. I’m new to Chapel Hill, NC. Just moved here 2 months ago. With living here I needed to transition into my new primary care doctor and dentist, and I will say by far CarolinasDentist have been great. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with warm and compassionate hospitality. The dentist was straight forward and thorough with going through my examination. I will say that everyone, dentist included was great and I found a new home for all my dental needs. I highly recommend CarolinaDentist in Chapel Hill, NC. I literally waited 6 minutes before going into the back to get my first appointment examination. What topped it off was the dentist himself told me everything I needed to get done. For health and wellness purposes. He wasn’t like most Dentist where that sit there and do the least amount of work to just getting you by. I felt compelled to leave a review after my visit today at Carolina Dentist because they have clearly stepped up their game. The cleaning process was very well organized and involved multiple professionals. They started with polishing, followed by an extremely thorough scaling, and then a dentist came in to examine my teeth and answer questions. The care and attention to detail were excellent.The entire visit was smooth and efficient. I had almost no wait time, even though I arrived early. My next six-month appointment was scheduled immediately, and I later received a text confirmation and satisfaction survey, which shows they genuinely care about the patient experience.Billing was clear and handled upfront, so there was no checkout hassle when I left. Overall, this was an excellent, well-run visit, and Carolina Dentist has clearly refined their process to make appointments as painless and efficient as possible. Highly recommended.

Dr. Grissom and dental assistance Maya were the best. They both were very professional. They took the time to explain everything that took place during the procedure. The front staff was also very kind and professional. My overall experience was excellent.
