They started with polishing, followed by an extremely thorough scaling, and then a dentist came in to examine my teeth and answer questions. The care and attention to detail were excellent.The entire visit was smooth and efficient. I had almost no wait time, even though I arrived early. My next six-month appointment was scheduled immediately, and I later received a text confirmation and satisfaction survey, which shows they genuinely care about the patient experience.Billing was clear and handled upfront, so there was no checkout hassle when I left. I got IV sedation for the surgery. My first huge compliment was for their timeliness. I was called back at the exact time my appointment was scheduled, and I don't think that's ever happened to me at other doctors offices. I really appreciate that. When I got called back, the first thing they did was put in the IV and that hurt for all of 15 seconds. After that, I had a few minutes to ask any questions. Then the dental surgeon walked in. I guess he said some things to me but I have no memory of it. Also, I guess he injected the sedative. Don't remember that either. My next memory was waking up about 20 minutes later and being presented with my four teeth. Felt like I blinked. The nurse helped me into a wheel chair so I could be brought outside to the car, then they handed me a cool mug. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold. He did exactly what he said he would do. Removed my wisdom teeth quick and sent me on my way. Five stars 🙂 Read Less

I was going to the Carolina’s dentist spring lake and transferred to this office due to my provider leaving for another office and she was very accommodating. She told me that they were not taking my dental insurance at this time because it’s a military dental insurance and they are seeing a lot of military patients so it was on hold. I mentioned to her my severe dental anxiety issues and how my provider was leaving and I truly wanted to establish care. She did not hesitate to reach out to the manager of the office who approved me to transfer there despite they were not taking anymore patients at this time with my insurance. How amazing! It was Amazing teamwork. Very professional dentist who understandably explained and demonstrated the proper care of a crown since I had some misunderstandings. She was a great listener be able to correct my flossing issue and gave others suggestions plus allowed me practice the flossing I needed to do for proper care of the crown now since my silly misunderstanding is cleared up.
