It was very concerning for me being my first root canal. However, the doctor explained everything to me, providing me comfort , support, and appropriate care. At the beginning of the procedure, my son called as he was dropping off his vehicle for maintenance. Throughout the procedure they asked, was my son okay. This was very important for me because I could not talk to him. I knew he was OK because he shares his location with me. I was able to see that he was back home. They were very personable and provided multiple compliments about my oral care and let me know that I’m doing a great job. The staff provided detailed information about the processes during each phase of my visit as well as follow up recommendations. I felt really good and supported after I left my appointment and will definitely be back and will recommend others to this location. The office was easy to find. Such nice front desk ladies, great dentist assistants, and a wonderful dentist. The entire team made me feel at ease and treated me as a human and not just a number. My tooth issue was solved quickly, with care, and no pain. Highly recommend.

Wow! Their services are phenomenal and are comparable to none. Have been into multiple dental clinics but Carolina Dentist takes the lead. The professionalism depicted was top notch. Everything was executed perfectly.

Had an appointment today for Invisalign promo event they did and it was amazing. The staff were super friendly and attentive. They were able to accommodate the financial assistance I needed and answered all my questions. I look forward to doing this treatment plan with them! Highly recommend 🙂

I have been a patient here for 3 years and have always had very good experiences. I highly recommend Dr. Lauren Steddum; she is knowledgeable, capable, friendly, and patient. She is also a perfectionist which in my opinion is a great quality for a dentist to have!

All I can say is Angela my hygienists was amazing today! She and I definitely rocked my appointment! We definitely had a rhythm going on. She is fabulous! Thank you for your compassion and commitment in making sure I keep a healthy smile.

Always really nice and super fast! Never feels like quality of work gets compromised for speed though. One of the few dentist offices I have been to that listens to even the smallest concern you bring up and will answer every question 🙂
