I have strong anxiety when it comes to the dentist and their team was wonderful. Very accommodating, reassuring, and encouraging. They did a great job with the work they did and took the time to educate me on how to properly care for my teeth at home. Wonderful people.

The hygienist was nice and talked to me giving me time to respond without me feeling like I needed to mumble through tools bing in my mouth. The dentist took time to go over some questions I had and pointed me in the direction of resources if I wanted them. I have been going to this dentist off and on for a couple years and I am always please with the good customer service and work they do on my teeth. Read Less

Staff was very professional and attentative. Nicole, hygienist, was excellent. She was very conscientious of my vertigo and made me feel comfortable. She is gentle and thorough.

I like they gave me the option while speaking with dentist but did not push me into anything. During checkout they quickly went over pricing with insurance and without pushing or anything, just asked me yes or no, which I greatly appreciated. After not seeing the dentist for years, this experience was pretty easy and less nerve-racking than I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend to anybody else looking for a dentist. Read Less

Very informative staff. I also saw monster university inc while I waited. The whole process was smooth and very clearly explained. I recommend this place to anyone getting their teeth service done.

I love Carolina Dentist. Cary, the hygienist, is terrific. Very attentive and patient when asked any question. Same with Dr. Daniels. So nice to go to a place where everyone is easy to work with concerning my health.

Very happy with my appointment. Everyone was friendly and still able to professional at the same time. Hannah was very helpful and courteous helping get my intake paperwork completed, I forgot to bring glasses.

Got all four of my wisdom teeth removed today. I got IV sedation for the surgery. My first huge compliment was for their timeliness. I got IV sedation for the surgery. My first huge compliment was for their timeliness. I was called back at the exact time my appointment was scheduled, and I don't think that's ever happened to me at other doctors offices. I really appreciate that. When I got called back, the first thing they did was put in the IV and that hurt for all of 15 seconds. After that, I had a few minutes to ask any questions. Then the dental surgeon walked in. I guess he said some things to me but I have no memory of it. Also, I guess he injected the sedative. Don't remember that either. My next memory was waking up about 20 minutes later and being presented with my four teeth. Felt like I blinked. The nurse helped me into a wheel chair so I could be brought outside to the car, then they handed me a cool mug. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold. He did exactly what he said he would do. Removed my wisdom teeth quick and sent me on my way. Five stars 🙂 Read Less

I have always had a great experience coming in for my cleanings. Everyone is very nice and straightforward. Kayla makes the awkward experience of getting your teeth cleaned fun and comical. They really keep track of your teeth here!

Had an appointment today for Invisalign promo event they did and it was amazing. The staff were super friendly and attentive. They were able to accommodate the financial assistance I needed and answered all my questions. I look forward to doing this treatment plan with them! Highly recommend 🙂
