I'm so impressed with my hygienist! She's knowledgeable, friendly, explains everything clearly and provided great tips on maintaining good oral health. I leave feeling confident about my smile. I highly recommend Mikayla Freeman. Her attention to detail and care for my teeth is top notch.

This practice has all the latest equipment. I received the most thorough exam I ever had. They don’t push their services and are very clear about what your insurance will cover. I highly recommend them.

I am new to the area and am limited in my choices due to my insurance. But I made a great choice. The entire staff at Carolinas Dentist were exceptional. Very friendly and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

They knew I was nervous about numbing not being enough and they were clear (multiple times) if I felt ANYTHING, to raise my left hand slowly and they’ll add more numbing! I was explained everything they were doing “(i did have my airpods in so they did the best they could). These people, in two appointments have made me much more comfortable with going to the dentist and are so accommodating for those with dental trauma (AND not judgemental). I got IV sedation for the surgery. My first huge compliment was for their timeliness. I was called back at the exact time my appointment was scheduled, and I don't think that's ever happened to me at other doctors offices. I really appreciate that. When I got called back, the first thing they did was put in the IV and that hurt for all of 15 seconds. After that, I had a few minutes to ask any questions. Then the dental surgeon walked in. I guess he said some things to me but I have no memory of it. Also, I guess he injected the sedative. Don't remember that either. My next memory was waking up about 20 minutes later and being presented with my four teeth. Felt like I blinked. The nurse helped me into a wheel chair so I could be brought outside to the car, then they handed me a cool mug. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold. He did exactly what he said he would do. Removed my wisdom teeth quick and sent me on my way. Five stars 🙂 Read Less
