She took me back for a deep cleaning and all I can say is Amazing. She started without numbing me no shot or nothing. She then proceeded to clean my teeth, when I say it was the most comfortable experience ( and who can say that coming to the dentist) she took care of me and gave me some pointers. It very rare that you find someone who cares. That was the best experience and out of there in less than 30 minutes. In my 36 years that was the best cleaning I have had at a dentist office. I've always had dental anxiety and everything about the process leading up to and including the surgery could not have been better! Starting with my consultation with Dr. Chris and Rachael were very thorough and transparent about the process. Susan was especially fantastic in answering every question I had, and there was a lot. On the day of my procedure, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. The nurse, Hannah did an awesome job setting me up for the procedure, making sure I was comfortable while explaining what was happening. Dr. Chris came in and made sure everything was perfect! They even put on music of my choice. The removal of my wisdom teeth went amazing and I did not experience ANY pain. Post procedure care was explained very well to my companion and me. Dr. McDaniel was understanding of my apprehension, and while she recommended a crown for a broken molar, she honored my request to "patch" the broken tooth. She also used a different numbing medication (novocain has never worked for me), and for the first time in 50 years, I had NO PAIN. Because of this experience, I will absolutely keep up with my dental health and not just visit because I have a specific problem. The entire staff was very friendly. Arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and was taken care of almost immediately. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming to me, as a new patient, which was very comforting.

They took my anxiety into consideration, used my preferred IV spot, helped me figure out how long I should pump & dump my breastmilk, and were super fast.We had some laughs, too. So that was super comforting.Even though it's not in their job description, they also helped my husband wrangle our many kiddos while they waited for mommy to get done. At the beginning of the procedure, my son called as he was dropping off his vehicle for maintenance. Throughout the procedure they asked, was my son okay. This was very important for me because I could not talk to him. I knew he was OK because he shares his location with me. I was able to see that he was back home. Great dentist. This has had been my best visit to the dentist thus far. I’ve been to a lot of different dentist. Front desk very helpful and friendly; as well as the my specialist I had Savannah is the best.
